What has your career path been?
After achieving a masters in Mathematics at the University of Nottingham, I was looking for post graduate jobs. I luckily got the chance to join Sayer Vincent in January 2017 and have not looked back since. I trained with my cohort, completed the ACA qualification in 2020 and worked my way up from audit trainee to Audit Manager.
What do you enjoy about the charity sector?
I did not realise that an audit firm solely working for charities and non-profit organisations existed. My main enjoyment comes from working with different clients, all with the same passion for the sector. I really enjoy building relationships with my clients and seeing their progression over the years that we have worked together.
Best part of the job?
The best part of the job is being part of a community who are making a difference in the world. I have great colleagues who are always there to help each other and share knowledge and experience. I have made friends for life and am forever grateful.
What is something people don’t know about you?
I am born and raised in London and I am of Italian descent. I regularly speak Italian with my family and I go back every year to my small village for as much time as possible.
Although I am not a seasoned traveller, I visited South Korea in 2024 with three of my colleagues for two weeks and loved every second of it. We are planning our next adventure.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I really enjoy sports and regularly play netball and tennis. I have recently tried my hand at bouldering and I will be going back. I also have a passion for arts and crafts, especially crochet and cross stitch. I love trying new restaurants and finding those hidden gems, thanks to the A-Z Sayer Vincent monthly dinner club.
